Gorgonzola, Pere & Noci : a classic of Italian cuisine!

INGREDIENTS: Serves 2
150g Mesclun Salad
35 g Walnuts
Approx. 100g of ViaVio Gorgonzola
1 pear
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
STEPS:
Peel pear, cut in half and remove the core, then cut in thin slices.
On a plate place the salad leaves, next place the pears, the walnuts, and last the gorgonzola cheese chopped in small cubes.
Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Choose a nice full bodied red wine, and Buon Appettito!
