Simple and tasty fingerfood for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS: makes 10 Balls
200g ViaVio Bocconcini of Mozzarella
50 g flour
50 g brea Crumbs
Deep frying oil
Take bocconcini out of the water and dry them off well.
Bread them in the usual way, flour first, then the egg, then the bread crumbs.
Lay the breaded cheese balls on a sheet pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
Deep fry the bocconcini in batches so you don’t over-crowd your pot and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Eat warm and dip in a tomato base sauce of your choice.
